CHARDONNAY 1998 Oaked / CHARDONNAY 2002 Unoaked
A white wine fermented in French Oak Barrels which will rest well on the palate

FEDERATION DRY WHITE 1998 Oaked / FEDERATION DRY WHITE 2002 Unoaked
The 98 is a combination of Semillon and Colombard grapes and the 02 is a combination of Semillon and Chardonnay grapes. Both combinations give these white wines a crisp dry taste.

SEMILLON 2002
A fruity white with a hint of citrus

ROSÈ 2005
The blend of Chardonnay and Merlot grapes makes this wine clean and crisp to the palate with a light fruity aroma.

FEDERATION DRY RED 1998
A combination of Merlot and Shiraz grapes aged in oak barrels

A mild and round tasting Shiraz.

MERLOT 2004
A smooth caramel flavoured red wine
